A bill to exclude chiropractors from attending health care professionals for purposes of section 28 of article I of the state constitution of 1963.

the people of the state of michigan enact:

Sec. 1. As used in section 28 of article I of the state constitution of 1963, "attending health care professional" does not include a chiropractor as that term is defined in section 16401 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.16401.
