CONTENT
The bill would amend the Michigan Liquor Control Code to permit a licensee to allow an individual 17 years of age or older to sell or serve alcoholic liquor. Currently, the Code prohibits a licensee from allowing an individual less than 18 years of age to sell or serve alcohol.
The bill would take effect 90 days after its enactment.
