The bill would amend Part 83 (Pesticide Control) of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act to require the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to maintain a voluntary registry of individuals who, due to a medically documented condition, are required to be notified before the application of a lawn or ornamental pesticide, other than a general-use ready-to-use pesticide, on property adjacent to the property on which the individual's primary residence is located. The registry would contain a list of those properties adjacent to the registrant's primary residence. The notification to the registrant would be given by the means provided in the registry and state that a pesticide application was scheduled on one or more of the adjacent properties listed in the registry.

"Adjacent to" would mean either of the following:

--    Sharing a common boundary line or property corner with.
