HOUSE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 93

     A bill to amend 2001 PA 142, entitled

"Michigan memorial highway act,"

(MCL 250.1001 to 250.2080) by adding section 90.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

     Sec. 90. The portion of highway I-375 that is within Wayne

county shall be known as the "102nd United States Colored Troops

(U.S.C.T.) Memorial Highway".
