SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL NO. 1357

      A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled

"The code of criminal procedure,"

by amending section 17f of chapter XVII (MCL 777.17f), as amended

by 2006 PA 404.

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1                           CHAPTER XVII

 2        Sec. 17f. This chapter applies to the following felonies

 3  enumerated in chapters 760 to 799 of the Michigan Compiled Laws:

 5        Enacting section 1. This amendatory act takes effect March

 6  1, 2013.

 7        Enacting section 2. This amendatory act does not take effect

 8  unless Senate Bill No. 1127 of the 96th Legislature is enacted

 9  into law.
