"Public health code,"
by amending section 17967 (MCL 333.17967), as added by 2008 PA 471.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec.
17967. Beginning 1 year after the effective date
certification of administrative rules to implement and administer
this part, a local unit of government shall not establish or
maintain licensing requirements for a massage therapist licensed
under this part.
