     A bill to amend 1967 PA 150, entitled

 

"Michigan military act,"

 

(MCL 32.501 to 32.851) by adding section 236.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 236. An officer or enlisted person who served in the

 

national guard shall be provided with a screening questionnaire for

 

post-traumatic stress disorder and a screening questionnaire for

 

traumatic brain injury upon his or her return from Operation Iraqi

 

Freedom or Operation Enduring Freedom.
