CONTENT
The bill would amend the Michigan Military Act to require that an officer or enlisted person who served in the National Guard be provided with a screening questionnaire for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and a screening questionnaire for traumatic brain injury (TBI) upon his or her return from Operation Iraqi Freedom or Operation Enduring Freedom.
