A bill to amend 1984 PA 44, entitled
"Motor fuels quality act,"
(MCL 290.641 to 290.650d) by adding section 3a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 3a. Beginning January 1, 2007, all gasoline sold or
offered for sale in this state shall include a requirement that the
composition of gasoline sold in this state include at least 10%
ethanol.
