CONTENT
House Bills 6138, 6139, 6140, 6141, 6142, and 6143 would amend the Public Health Code to reenact in Parts 172 (Nursing), 174 (Optometry), 6140 (Audiology), 170 (Medicine), 164 (Chiropractic), and 182 (Psychology), respectively, provisions that would be repealed by House Bill 6147, to which the bills are tie-barred.


House Bill 6147 would repeal Sections 16131 and 16263 of the Public Health Code, which prescribe the length and expiration date of terms of members serving on boards regulating various health occupations, and restrict the use of certain words, titles, and letters to individuals authorized to use them under the Code, respectively.
