CONTENT
The bill would amend the Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Act to increase from 10 to 11 the number of public members on the State Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Board.
Currently, the Board is composed of the Directors of the Departments of Human Services, Community Health, and State Police, or their designees, as well as 10 public members appointed by the Governor with the advice and consent of the Senate.
