A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 5045 AS INTRODUCED 7-6-05

The bill would amend the Mobile Home Commission Act by removing the requirement that the forms for assignment of title or interest and warranty of title by owner be placed "on the reverse side" of the certificate of title for a mobile home.  (The certificate of title would still have to contain such forms.)
