SENATE BILL No. 1070

A bill to repeal 1911 PA 228, entitled

"An act to authorize the boards of supervisors of the several

counties in this state to borrow money, and issue bonds therefor,

for the purchase of land and improve the same by the erection of

buildings and other improvements thereon or for the purpose of

improving and erecting buildings upon lands already purchased and

held by said county to be used for the purpose of holding thereon

fairs and exhibitions of an agricultural character,"

(MCL 46.111).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

1 Enacting section 1. 1911 PA 228, MCL 46.111, is repealed.
