     November 1, 2001, Introduced by Reps. Julian, Faunce, O'Neil and McConico and referred to the Committee on Criminal Justice.


        A bill to amend 1927 PA 175, entitled

   "The code of criminal procedure,"

   by amending section 11 of chapter XVII (MCL 777.11), as amended

   by 2000 PA 492, and by adding sections 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d, and

   11e to chapter XVII.

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

      enumerated in chapters 1 to 199 of the Michigan Compiled Laws  :
