        A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled

   "Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

   by repealing section 75106 (MCL 324.75106).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

           Enacting section 1.  Section 75106 of the natural resources

 2
      and environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.75106, is

      repealed.
