CONTENT
The bill would amend the Revised School Code to include votes of appointed board members among those required to validate a school board's act. Currently, the Code provides that an act of a school board is not valid unless it is authorized by a majority vote of the members elected to and serving on the board. The bill would refer to members elected or appointed to the board.
