        A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled

   "Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

   (MCL 324.101 to 324.90106) by adding section 40109a

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         SEC. 40109A.  AN ORDER UNDER THIS PART SHALL NOT PROHIBIT,

 2    OR REQUIRE A PERMIT OR OTHER AUTHORIZATION FOR, THE POSSESSION OF

 3    LAWFULLY TAKEN GAME MORE THAN A SPECIFIED PERIOD OF TIME AFTER

 4    THE CLOSE OF THE HUNTING SEASON.
