CONTENT

 

The bill would amend the Marine Safety Act to remove from the 27-member Marine Safety Education Commission one member recommended by the Consumers Council, and replace that member by increasing from two to three the persons on the Commission who represent the general public. The bill is tie-barred to Senate Bill 502.
