ISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR SLUM CLEARANCE AND REDEVELOPMENT

Act 167 of 1952

AN ACT to provide for the issuance of bonds or other obligations by cities for the purpose of refinancing slum clearance and redevelopment costs.
