324.11149 Tearing down, removing, or destroying sign or notice as misdemeanor; penalty.

Sec. 11149.

     A person who willfully tears down, removes, or destroys any sign or notice warning of the presence of hazardous waste or marking the boundaries of a hazardous waste treatment, storage, or disposal facility is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than 90 days or a fine of not more than $500.00, or both.
