Health; research; stem cell research; allow, establish procedures for research and donations, prohibit mixing of human and animal embryos, establish requirements for conducting research, and require certain reports. Amends secs. 2685, 2690, 2691 & 2692 of 1978 PA 368 (MCL 333.2685 et seq.) & adds secs. 2693 & 2696.
