Amends sec. 1, ch. I & secs. 16 & 16z, ch. XVII, headings, ch. XVII & pt. 2, ch. XVII of 1927 PA 175 (MCL 761.1 et seq.) & adds secs. 16aa & 16bb to ch. XVII.
