Categories

Campaign finance; contributions and expenditures; local elected officials; provide contribution limits under certain circumstances, revise regulation of activities of a public body, revise ability to transfer unexpended candidate committee funds, and provide other general amendments. Amends secs. 8, 9, 11, 15, 36, 45, 52, 57 & 69 of Act 388 of 1976 (MCL 169.208 et seq.).
