Education; employees; crimes for which teachers, school administrators, and other school employees may have certificate suspended; revise to include any felony and provide for summary suspension under certain circumstances. Amends secs. 1535a, 1539a & 1539b of Act 451 of 1976 (MCL 380.1535a et seq.).
