A bill to amend 1994 PA 39, entitled
"Veteran right to employment services act,"
by repealing section 4 (MCL 35.1094).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Enacting section 1. Section 4 of the veteran right to
employment services act, 1994 PA 39, MCL 35.1094, is repealed.
Enacting section 2. This amendatory act takes effect 90 days
after the date it is enacted into law.
