A bill to repeal 1962 PA 229, entitled
"An act to make appropriations for various state institutions,
departments, commissions, boards, agencies and certain state
purposes related to public welfare services for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1963, to provide for the expenditure of such
appropriations, and to provide for the disposition of fees and
other income received by the various state agencies,"
(MCL 803.317 to 803.317).
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Enacting section 1. 1962 PA 229, MCL 803.317, is repealed.
Enacting section 2. This act does not take effect unless
Senate Bill No.____ or House Bill No. 5893 (request no. 05298'18) of
the 99th Legislature is enacted into law.
