Committee Meeting
Meetings by bodies of elected members delegated by the House or Senate to consider and make recommendations concerning disposition of bills, resolutions, and other related matters referred to them. Committees are appointed by the Speaker of the House or the Senate Majority Leader and are organized according to subject matter.
HB 4705 (Rep. Matt Hall) Children: protection; investigation proceedings by department of health and human services receiving a report of child abuse or neglect; modify.
HB 4706 (Rep. Andrea Schroeder) Children: protection; community services investigations; modify certain procedures.
HB 4707 (Rep. Frank Liberati) Children: protection; oversight authority to develop use of standard child abuse and neglect investigation and interview protocol; implement.
HB 4708 (Rep. Luke Meerman) Children: child care; central registry; expand to include unlicensed child development and care program child care providers.
HB 4709 (Rep. David LaGrand) Children: protection; child protection law; include reporting requirements to the legislative oversight committees.
